I repaired the fan that had the electrical melted on printer 1 a few days ago. I replaced the fan with a spare that was in the black tool box near the printers, but it was the only spare fan in there so it may be worth ordering another for a spare.
I also routed and zip tied the wiring on printer 1 and 2 to avoid that happening again. I'll try and hit 3 and 4 when I get a second.
I spend the better part of today manually leveling the bed and re-calibrating printer 4 after some major failures and it's made a world of difference. I can almost guarantee the other 3 would hugely benefit from a minimum of a manual bed leveling if not further calibrating. I purchased access to a calibration print calculator that works quite well and if I don't get around to all the printers I can try and leave access or setup a way for someone to pick back up on calibrating.
As part of the process I've created a new filament profile that's currently tagged as "Brad TestV1" for the ASA filament. When it's completely dialed in I'll change the name but after significant testing I've dialed a few of the settings in to get the ASA printing quite a bit nicer. Currently it's only tested in printer 4 so I'll test in the other three and adjust if needed and re-label.
Just leaving this as a note/info as to what I've done and why!
